Here is the easiest way to track your most Fertile days to get pregnant.

Day 1: First Day of menstrual bleeding.

Day 8: Likely to become pregnant with unprotected intercourse.

Day 14: Ovulation likely.

Day 18: Pregnancy unlikely

Day 28: Average cycle is 28 days. if bleeding begins again on any of these days, a new cycle has begun. Skip rest of beads and start at day 1.
